6. Beneficiary & Use of Proceeds

All proceeds, contributions, or funds received are directed to a single beneficiary, namely the site owner, who is the sole and rightful beneficiary.

The beneficiary retains absolute discretion over the use, allocation, expenditure, retention, or disposal of any received funds, without obligation, restriction, or accountability to users.
